Classes are 60 min w/ the following sections:
WARMUP (dynamic stretching)
ISOLATIONS (chest, hip, + bodyrolls)
AEROBIC REALNESS (cardio dance, club moves)
BOOTY POPPIN BOOTCAMP (planks + pushups)
TONE 2 OWN (Ass, Arms, +Abs strengthening exercises)
KEW DOWN (strength in stillness, Yoga)
